I have used Ames Walker to purchase compression stockings for several years and have been pleased, both with the customer service and the quality of their products (the Ames Walker Brand). I would have given a 5 star rating, except that recently, I'm having trouble finding a selection of regular knee high compression garments that are not primarily making a new fashion statement. I'm not looking for diamonds and polka dots. I'm looking for knee high compression stockings that don't draw much attention to themselves. The new stockings are fine, just don't make it hard for me to find the old sheer knee-high style I'm looking for. Thanks.

Ames Walker service is excellent Ames Walker service is excellent. I order my product online in quantities that give me the best discount. It is a significant savings compared to the doctors pricing. I save two thirds the price for my direct online purchase at Ames Walker. The full length medical grade comprehension stockings I wear are good looking and comfortable as well as meet my medical needs. I wear the XLrg size that fits according to the size chart. My only suggestion is that the foot is about 1/4 inch too short from the double knit heel to the double knit toe. They rarely run and always up not down. 3 pairs with daily wear last me about six months.

I have to say I have to say, Ameswalker.com is almot a good company with their services. I have used them a couple of times and htey have been very helpful. The customer service I ahve recived is always polite and eager to help me with whatever my query is. Prices are reasonable, but not the cheapest I have seen. However, that doesnt necessarily mean worse quality. Shipping was quick and no issues at all. Tey did not have all the iteme I wanted, but the selection they did hace was good. Overall, a reliable and almost good business.

Ames Walker Brand-My Choice Since being diagnosed with venous insufficiency several years ago, I have needed to wear compression hose. After much research, I found that Ames Walker provided the most information and best quality compression hose and socks (I wear both). While the site offers more than one brand, I have found the Ames Walker brand wears best, the variety of styles and colors provided is excellent, and the price is competitive. I don't need to shop anywhere else.

Too many things disintegrating Nine pairs of compression pantyhose in a little under two months. How is this acceptable? The first set of three was two sizes too small, ordered based on the rather vague directions given on the website. Second set of three? Disintegrated within two weeks of me getting them. I contacted customer service and told them what happened. They emailed me a return label and I sent them back. I got three new pairs that also left me with a small credit on my account. Three weeks later and all three of the new pairs have developed holes. Two are completely useless and I'm not sure how long the third pair will hold together. As these are a medical necessity I will be looking at other companies going forward.
