USIgnored when warranty issues needed coverage We bought and paid for a WS122 model steam shower on Feb 11, 2022. After many "delays" blamed on others, we finally received the unit on April 13. But NOW we can't get anyone to answer issues covered by their 1 yr warranty. We have been told to call SteamShowers4Less so AnySauna doesn't have to deal with the problem. SteamShowes4Less has no interest in this sale, so we're stuck and might have to use a lawyer to get any warraty issues taken care of. You would think when you pay almost $5400 for a unit, that the selling company would treat you better than a piece of dirt.
