USLoving it... After receiving the shipping information it took some coordinating to get the item delivered thanks to the robot-like employee I dealt with at the delivery company, curbside. We had to have it loaded on our pickup truck and bring it up to the house - more than fifty feet and it was raining cats and dogs :-( . With that said the item was received in great condition, packaging was excellent. The directions were followed with the help of a youtube video. Once you get every piece lined up the entire sauna literally falls into place....but be sure every piece lines up perfectly, or you will have some trouble. Once the setup iss complete you jut need to sit back and enjoy good health and good feelings. Love it. Get the back rests if you can, they help a lot.
