GBVery helpful app Very helpful app - have only used for a couple of weeks and can already notice and pinpoint procrastination types and am somewhat able to distance myself from them. Would definitely recommend to those stuck in a rut of constant procrastination- helpful to break the cycle!

USWorth the Investment in Yourself! I have learned a lot about myself and am beginning to recognize my triggers and thought patterns that lead me to procrastinate. With the help of the lessons I am also starting to work through past thought patterns and build confidence that I can accomplish more than I think and find attainable ways to do that. This has definitely been worth the investment.

USI like that there is a lesson everyday I like that there is a lesson everyday. The fact that I can’t access the new lesson for 24 hours keeps me interested! Everyday is like opening a present. 🎁 I have noticed a difference at work and in my home. My boss has even noticed the change and has complimented my use of new strategies to overcome my procrastination. I have taught her that procrastination isn’t about motivation, it’s about emotional regulation. I find myself rereading lessons and sharing the strategies with my team. I look forward to continuing the program and my journey.

GBTodayistheday: bite sized insights that make a difference Todayistheday offers bite sized insights into your own thought processes around procrastination and self worth. You need to be honest with yourself in using it. Some of the statements seem obvious and you would think that five to ten minute focusses on a theme would make little difference. However, because the short timeframe per day allows you to give it your full attention the cumulative effect of that thinking and analysis is surprisingly impactful. At a week in I am making changes. If it isn't working for you you can always cancel. Worth a go in my opinion.

CRMore guidance needed The introductory explanation for each day's topic is pretty clear and helpful, nevertheless on the next step where we fill in our experiences....that's where it ends. Self reflection only without proper guidance afterwards. This is helpful to some degree but at the end it is a book with a form after each chapter, not end-to-end or full experience for that matter in order to improve our procrastination issues.
