Does not update on order status My order 000002656 was placed on 4/30 and I have yet to receive it. Checked on it and was given a fed ex tracking # that is useless!!! Order was due to arrive on 5/13/22 still no order and I need it for a party on 5/29/22. Can I an update please?????

Very good quality :) This is my very first microneedler, but it is very nice quality and has a nice weight to it. The accompanying serum feels nice on my skin as well, and I had no adverse reactions--which is saying something because my skin is very temperamental, lol! I hope to see great results with continued use. :)

Good product, bad customer service Twice I went to the Cal Pharm website and ordered hand sanitizer. Both times the order was never filled. I never received any explanation. Finally I ordered from Amazon and received the product. Love the product. Disappointed in the service.

Great product, but poor communication I have to give 3 stars for a couple reasons. #1, I received NO shipping information regarding my order. I had no way to track it, or see if it even got sent. Before it arrived, I was left wondering if I had been duped and lost money on this purchase. #2, I reached out to customer service via their website to ask for shipping information regarding my order, but no one ever got back to me. Again, I was just left wondering. I like this product but I wish communication was better.

Cal Pharma is great! Cal Pharma is great! I ordered hand sanitizer. It was shipped immediately. Sadly, FedEx damaged the package. When I contacted Cal Pharma, they responded immediately and provided a replacement. It arrived within a couple of days and is a great product. Fast and friendly service. I plan to do business with Cal Pharma again.
