Not Happy Horrible customer service. I tried placing an order. The first time it was cancelled because I typed my zip code incorrectly (my fault!) but I tried placing a new order and it placed twice and both orders have been pending for weeks. I reached out to customer support for help and never heard anything. I ordered the products through Amazon (which I HATE doing, I would rather buy directly from the supplier) and have already received the products from Amazon while my orders through Cal-Pharma are STILL pending

The product never came The product never came. No never received it. It was sent back to your place in California on May 6th. Packaging was damaged and never delivered

Very good quality :) This is my very first microneedler, but it is very nice quality and has a nice weight to it. The accompanying serum feels nice on my skin as well, and I had no adverse reactions--which is saying something because my skin is very temperamental, lol! I hope to see great results with continued use. :)

Good Stuff We first got sanitizer when there was a shortage. Delivery was quick. And ordering was easy. We chose to get another gallon because alot of the stuff that is available now is liquid and has a very strong alcohol odor that is overwhelming. Cal Pharmas is a gel and light on the scent.

Overall happy with order despite issues Our order arrived late and damaged. Cal-Pharma replaced the order, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the order took a long time to arrive, once again, but it was not damaged the second time around. Overall, we love the product, so I’m the future we’d make sure to order sooner since we know it could take awhile to receive it.
