Scam company.. Scam company... Trash in a bottle. Selling adulterated/fake essential oils and claiming them to be pure, organic, cold-press etc.. Their previous Trustpilot page is searchable, and they have changed their company name to "NIB". Avoid at all costs. Surprised they are still "online", they are based in New Delhi, India...

I recently ordered five different oils I recently ordered five different oils, and I must say they are all exceptionally good! Initially, I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase due to some negative reviews mentioning issues with the quality of oils. However, my concerns were addressed when I contacted the seller about this matter. They were incredibly responsive and assured me that they would send replacements if needed. Feeling reassured, I went ahead and placed my order. When the package arrived, I eagerly checked all the bottles and there were absolutely no issues with leaking or damage. I'm also very satisfied with the quality of the oils i received. The Frankincense and Rhododendron Essential Oil I received smell authentic and pure, just like the way they should. I ordered Kukui Nut Oil in the larger 2 kg pack size and it had no rancid smell I usually encountered with other brands.

The website is easy to navigate, they have quick turnaround times, and the product quality is always good. The customer service has always been nothing short of great and I consider myself ever so fortunate to have George Williams as my sales rep. Perfect oils for my range of Beard Blend Oils I am a cosmetics manufacturer located in Israel. I buy a range of essential oils and carrier oils from Nature In Bottle for making beard oil blends. All the oils I have purchased so far have a delightful fragrance and are of top-notch quality. I really loved the Clary Sage Essential Oil and Honey Myrtle Oil I got in my last order. Additionally, their outstanding customer service and reasonable pricing make them an excellent choice. Overall, I have been completely content with all my purchases so far!

WARNING, INDIAN SCAM First lets give the devil his due. The delivery time was legendary. Considering that the shipment was sent from Delhi, and it took 3 working days to get the package. I thought it would ship from US since the website gave the impression that it is a US based company. I did not expect that short delivery time anyhow. The package itself looked nice, like the website. Although.. As most users have reviewed earlier the products are fake. I am pretty sure one of the bottles I ordered contained some kind of petroleum. I tried using it to "clean" the bottles, to my surprise all the text from the labels vanished with it. None of the bottles smelled like the stated essential oil should - I had real ones to compare with. No way in hell I would let anybody use that. Had to dispose of all of it. What oils I ordered does not matter because they were all fake. After reading previous reviews I am not even going to bother requesting a refund. I am going to report the company to the European Commissions Anti-Fraud Office though. I suggest others do the same for their region. Indians already have a bad reputation, and this company sure isn't making it any better. Still, I'm glad I didn't order any larger quantities. But I can say with 100% certainty I won't be having anything to do with India again.
