I have a fairly ordinary experience… I have a fairly ordinary experience with NatureInBottle. The website looks great and they offer a wide range of product and most were competitively priced. Customer service was OK but nothing special, though they did answer my questions. This last purchase though I was a little disappointed to realize that they do not offer smaller sizes of certain products. Everything I did buy was great as always.

Scam company.. Scam company... Trash in a bottle. Selling adulterated/fake essential oils and claiming them to be pure, organic, cold-press etc.. Their previous Trustpilot page is searchable, and they have changed their company name to "NIB". Avoid at all costs. Surprised they are still "online", they are based in New Delhi, India...

I really love the quick turnaround time when I place an order (usually delivered within 7 days). Customer service is always available and happy to answer questions. I just have one recommendation, they should start offering Net Payment terms to their bulk buyers!
