GBBe aware!! If it overheats it is unusable unless u like burnt popcorn smell Be aware!!! Purchase a neck warmer placed in microwave. Placed on wire rack in microwave heard popping and when I removed it smelled like burnt popcorn. Instruction on tag says do not overheat and wattage instructions only. I contacted support that stated “if you notice the scorch smell from our product it’s a sign it may have been overheated overheating can occur if you use a microwave with a higher wattage than recommended if the product is heated for too long or if the turntable isn’t rotating properly, we understand how disappointing that can be. But unfortunately, once the flax seed inside is scorched, there’s no going back. And then offered me a 25% discount on next purchase lol! As if I would buy another. Nope. Thanks Warmies for detailed information. I used it 4 times. Not worth the 25 dollars.

GBThe bobcat looks nothing like pictured… The bobcat looks nothing like pictured and none of the items I ordered smelled like lavender instead they have a weird sour smell. Customer service is nonexistent. Terrible experience.

GBGreat products Great products. I've been happy with every item I have purchased from Warmies. Items are high quality and get the job done. The lavender that they use smells incredible and is very therapeutic. Definitely recommend this company!

GBDid good by me My Warmie Slippers are soft and warm (always heated as directed), but quality on my pair was very poor and the flax seed had already started coming out after a handful of uses. I reached out and Customer Service sent me a new pair.

GBAwful Customer Service Awful Customer Service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I placed an order, and minutes after I reached out as I wish to add something else. All I’ve heard was “I can’t” “it’s not possible” “it cannot be done”. The customer representative boldly stated that as the order was “fulfilled” (specified: this meant the “label” has been printed, they cannot be modified) there is nothing they could do. The printing of a label 5 min after ordering means “there is nothing they can do to help to help a client?!” No effort to resolve nor notable interest to do so. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
