Did good by me My Warmie Slippers are soft and warm (always heated as directed), but quality on my pair was very poor and the flax seed had already started coming out after a handful of uses. I reached out and Customer Service sent me a new pair.

Puppy fell apart at seam within 5 days… Puppy fell apart at seam within 5 days of receipt. I ordered 6 and this was the only one that has fallen apart so far. If I hadn't gotten (1) free with purchase of (2) I would have been a bit more upset. Hope the others don't fall apart as well, other than that, my grandkids do absolutely love the warmies! Only reason for the 1 star is for the puppy that fell apart and made a mess with the seeds and my Grandson being upset. The blue monster is super cute!!!

We have been HUGE supporters and buyers… We have been HUGE supporters and buyers of warmies. But honestly, they don’t warm up and if you slightly overheat, they smell like burnt popcorn and are ruined. For the price, I feel as if these should be better quality. I’ve reached out to customer service in regards to a product and hoping to hear back. I’ll update if I get an answer after seeing so many negative reviews with customer service..😔
