The bobcat looks nothing like pictured… The bobcat looks nothing like pictured and none of the items I ordered smelled like lavender instead they have a weird sour smell. Customer service is nonexistent. Terrible experience.

Puppy fell apart at seam within 5 days… Puppy fell apart at seam within 5 days of receipt. I ordered 6 and this was the only one that has fallen apart so far. If I hadn't gotten (1) free with purchase of (2) I would have been a bit more upset. Hope the others don't fall apart as well, other than that, my grandkids do absolutely love the warmies! Only reason for the 1 star is for the puppy that fell apart and made a mess with the seeds and my Grandson being upset. The blue monster is super cute!!!

This is an awesome product I ordered a goose, chicken, and a hamster . I really wanted the goose and hamster. Also I love warmies and I plan on giving one to my cousin. This is an amazing project. I use them nightly, bravo for this amazing product.
