Horrible customer service I ordered slippers and an eye mask for Christmas presents. One slipper wasn’t SOWN TOGETHER. I contacted customer service about returning, they took forever to answer and when they did, advised that I would have to pay the shipping for return or they would send me a new pair. I said ok and gave them my shipping address. 2 weeks later, no response so I emailed again. They responded and I gave them my address again. 2 weeks later, no response so I’ve emailed again. Moral of the story, if you have to contact customer service for a damaged product, just consider yourself out the money. It’s a month later and I’m still trying but this is ridiculous. They don’t answer in a timely manner or resolve the issue.

I purchased items from Warmies on 12/9/23 I purchased items from Warmies on 12/9/23. When Christmas came and went and my tracking still was showing as "Still at the shipper", I emailed customer service. I never got a response and I still haven't gotten the order, and I have yet to get a refund. They don't respond to emails for weeks at a time. I contacted UPS and they told me that my package had NOT been received by them for shipping yet, it's been almost a month and my order hasn't even been shipped. I've already purchased the items elsewhere as they were Christmas presents for my three Granddaughters. I want my $85.57 returned IMMEDIATELY!!!

Awful Customer Service Awful Customer Service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I placed an order, and minutes after I reached out as I wish to add something else. All I’ve heard was “I can’t” “it’s not possible” “it cannot be done”. The customer representative boldly stated that as the order was “fulfilled” (specified: this meant the “label” has been printed, they cannot be modified) there is nothing they could do. The printing of a label 5 min after ordering means “there is nothing they can do to help to help a client?!” No effort to resolve nor notable interest to do so. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

You pay for Returning items The warmies are great but if the item arrives late or you need to return you pay for the shipping which is at least $15 (item was 29.99 return was at least $15 depending on carrier). Just keeping it since it's so expensive to return. Responsive customer service and happy my daughter liked her cow. Disappointed on return policy
