USBe aware!! If it overheats it is unusable unless u like burnt popcorn smell Be aware!!! Purchase a neck warmer placed in microwave. Placed on wire rack in microwave heard popping and when I removed it smelled like burnt popcorn. Instruction on tag says do not overheat and wattage instructions only. I contacted support that stated “if you notice the scorch smell from our product it’s a sign it may have been overheated overheating can occur if you use a microwave with a higher wattage than recommended if the product is heated for too long or if the turntable isn’t rotating properly, we understand how disappointing that can be. But unfortunately, once the flax seed inside is scorched, there’s no going back. And then offered me a 25% discount on next purchase lol! As if I would buy another. Nope. Thanks Warmies for detailed information. I used it 4 times. Not worth the 25 dollars.

USThe bobcat looks nothing like pictured… The bobcat looks nothing like pictured and none of the items I ordered smelled like lavender instead they have a weird sour smell. Customer service is nonexistent. Terrible experience.

USPuppy fell apart at seam within 5 days… Puppy fell apart at seam within 5 days of receipt. I ordered 6 and this was the only one that has fallen apart so far. If I hadn't gotten (1) free with purchase of (2) I would have been a bit more upset. Hope the others don't fall apart as well, other than that, my grandkids do absolutely love the warmies! Only reason for the 1 star is for the puppy that fell apart and made a mess with the seeds and my Grandson being upset. The blue monster is super cute!!!

USGreat Products, Horrible Customer Service I purchased items from Warmies on 11/19. When the first week of December came and went and my tracking still was showing as "Still at the shipper", I emailed customer service. I never got a response and I still haven't gotten the order, and I have yet to get a refund. They don't respond to emails for weeks at a time. I finally got a response 2 weeks ago and was told to contact the post office and check with my neighbors. Finally, today, I got an email that it's obviously lost, and they want to send me a replacement. I've already purchased the items elsewhere as they were Christmas presents. Very sad because the products are amazing, but their customer service and response is terrible. If you're going to buy these products, order through Amazon or some other outlet where you have recourse, I've got no items and no money. At this point, I'm not a happy camper. Updated: 1/21/23 After leaving my review here, the president of the company reached out to me via email to see what he could do to make things right. I finally got a refund and an assurance from the President that they are working hard to improve.

USYou pay for Returning items The warmies are great but if the item arrives late or you need to return you pay for the shipping which is at least $15 (item was 29.99 return was at least $15 depending on carrier). Just keeping it since it's so expensive to return. Responsive customer service and happy my daughter liked her cow. Disappointed on return policy
