GBThis is an awesome product I ordered a goose, chicken, and a hamster . I really wanted the goose and hamster. Also I love warmies and I plan on giving one to my cousin. This is an amazing project. I use them nightly, bravo for this amazing product.

GBI purchased items from Warmies on 12/9/23 I purchased items from Warmies on 12/9/23. When Christmas came and went and my tracking still was showing as "Still at the shipper", I emailed customer service. I never got a response and I still haven't gotten the order, and I have yet to get a refund. They don't respond to emails for weeks at a time. I contacted UPS and they told me that my package had NOT been received by them for shipping yet, it's been almost a month and my order hasn't even been shipped. I've already purchased the items elsewhere as they were Christmas presents for my three Granddaughters. I want my $85.57 returned IMMEDIATELY!!!

GBDid good by me My Warmie Slippers are soft and warm (always heated as directed), but quality on my pair was very poor and the flax seed had already started coming out after a handful of uses. I reached out and Customer Service sent me a new pair.

GBGreat Products, Horrible Customer Service I purchased items from Warmies on 11/19. When the first week of December came and went and my tracking still was showing as "Still at the shipper", I emailed customer service. I never got a response and I still haven't gotten the order, and I have yet to get a refund. They don't respond to emails for weeks at a time. I finally got a response 2 weeks ago and was told to contact the post office and check with my neighbors. Finally, today, I got an email that it's obviously lost, and they want to send me a replacement. I've already purchased the items elsewhere as they were Christmas presents. Very sad because the products are amazing, but their customer service and response is terrible. If you're going to buy these products, order through Amazon or some other outlet where you have recourse, I've got no items and no money. At this point, I'm not a happy camper. Updated: 1/21/23 After leaving my review here, the president of the company reached out to me via email to see what he could do to make things right. I finally got a refund and an assurance from the President that they are working hard to improve.

GBAwful Customer Service Awful Customer Service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I placed an order, and minutes after I reached out as I wish to add something else. All I’ve heard was “I can’t” “it’s not possible” “it cannot be done”. The customer representative boldly stated that as the order was “fulfilled” (specified: this meant the “label” has been printed, they cannot be modified) there is nothing they could do. The printing of a label 5 min after ordering means “there is nothing they can do to help to help a client?!” No effort to resolve nor notable interest to do so. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
