GBI usually have good service with you… I usually have good service with you guys, but after my most recent order, I have had the worst experience ever. I have not been able to get in contact with support, even out of the 7 times I have attempted to request to speak with customer support. I have no idea where my order is, and I paid for the 2-3 day shipping and as far as I am aware, it hasn't even shipped yet. I have not received any emails back yet, and am I very frustrated with this service I have received.

GBWould have given 5 starts Would have given 5 starts, but communication on delivery is lacking. The delivery site that was given simply states “shipped”. Need a tracking number so I can track the order. Paid for 2-3 day delivery and today is 4th business day.
