False advertising False advertising! The picture of the item was exactly what I wanted. No description was given; this should have been my clue. What arrived was a tenth of the amount. Customer service simple responded with "no refund due to what we sell". I get that, but I didn't make the mistake. Went to leave a review of the product for future buys to know what size/amount they would be getting if purchased and surprisingly it's been removed from the website.

I usually have good service with you… I usually have good service with you guys, but after my most recent order, I have had the worst experience ever. I have not been able to get in contact with support, even out of the 7 times I have attempted to request to speak with customer support. I have no idea where my order is, and I paid for the 2-3 day shipping and as far as I am aware, it hasn't even shipped yet. I have not received any emails back yet, and am I very frustrated with this service I have received.
