False advertising False advertising! The picture of the item was exactly what I wanted. No description was given; this should have been my clue. What arrived was a tenth of the amount. Customer service simple responded with "no refund due to what we sell". I get that, but I didn't make the mistake. Went to leave a review of the product for future buys to know what size/amount they would be getting if purchased and surprisingly it's been removed from the website.

I was sold a product that was not available I was sold a product that you didn't have in stock and you had to refund the amount.

Ripped Off Was sold the incorrect product, ignored by customer service, and never got my money back. The item I initially bought was supposed to be one that people really vouched for, so when I received a completely different product I was wildly disappointed. I had to end up giving away the item since I was completely ignored by customer service. Save your money and time y’all, find another shop that you know you can trust!
