CZNo refund for the cancelled order I ordered an item and later the order was cancelled by the Eshop. I still haven´t received the refund although more then one month has passed and I urgued them couple of times. Highly unrecommended.

USFalse advertising False advertising! The picture of the item was exactly what I wanted. No description was given; this should have been my clue. What arrived was a tenth of the amount. Customer service simple responded with "no refund due to what we sell". I get that, but I didn't make the mistake. Went to leave a review of the product for future buys to know what size/amount they would be getting if purchased and surprisingly it's been removed from the website.

USI paid for expedited shipping but my… I paid for expedited shipping. My item arrived later than expected, but the company issued me a refund for the shipping cost.

USRipped Off Was sold the incorrect product, ignored by customer service, and never got my money back. The item I initially bought was supposed to be one that people really vouched for, so when I received a completely different product I was wildly disappointed. I had to end up giving away the item since I was completely ignored by customer service. Save your money and time y’all, find another shop that you know you can trust!

USI usually have good service with you… I usually have good service with you guys, but after my most recent order, I have had the worst experience ever. I have not been able to get in contact with support, even out of the 7 times I have attempted to request to speak with customer support. I have no idea where my order is, and I paid for the 2-3 day shipping and as far as I am aware, it hasn't even shipped yet. I have not received any emails back yet, and am I very frustrated with this service I have received.
