Made my back worse Not for everyone and that should be explained- it is most definitely not for everyone and every existing back problem. Kryobak should make this very clear so as not to convey the false hope that it works for everyone and most certainly with the graphics telegraphing that message

Hard to believe Didn't really expect this to be helpful after years of chronic sore, spasming low back, especially after exertion. Surprisingly, I find myself using the Kyrobak at least once and sometimes twice a day. The motion actually seems to relax the muscles and substantially ease the discomfort. Not bad for only 10 min. of use!!!

problems with kyrobak 1. the product is overpriced. it seems like you are preying on people with medical problems; it does work, but not to the advertised amount. 2. the guarantee Is so complicated that it is almost impossible to follow. 3. my first kyrobak was defective. the return process, and getting a replacement was so cumbersome, and length (almost 3 months) that I now have less trust in kyrobak to keep my information confidential, and that if I do try to return I won't be able to. 4. re: 3 above, kyrobak didn't send me a replacement, and until I badgered them enough they finally recognized that I had paid for a kyrobak (they had no clue who I was after I returned the defective machine) and had returned a defective machine. I was totally unhappy about their bookkeeping, and honesty.

Scam??!! I ordered Kyrobak on June 6 I ordered Kyrobak on June 6, 2017 and paid IN FULL on my AMEX. Yes, Amex has already charged me! To date, June 29, 2017, I have NOT received the devise. I have attempted multiple times to reach the Customer Service # 800-973-5523 listed on website; it immediately auto disconnects. What's the deal Kyrobak? Why are you unreachable? useless When i say useless.....well thats what it has been for me , i suppose it all depends on what you think it might do/or cure? I was way out of line with this machine , it has done nothing for my chronic / acute back pain. But it has enlightened me into reading too much into claims manufacturers of such machines state. Reaserch real evidence before you waste your money on this item. It will just be another unwanted " hope " i might eventually donate to a charity shop / or recycle bin .................for me ........a total waste of time.................good luck . i hope your pain is not too bad..Donnie
