GBDISAPPOINTED I had high hopes for relief of my lower back pain but after using the machine for 2 weeks I saw no improvement. I would have sent the machine back but I put it away and forgot about it and I think it was too late to return. For $300 I felt like I got ripped off. A total come on that got people to think they would get pain relief and then nothing. I have since then found a therapeutic massage therapist and she is doing an amazing job of stretching muscles and strengthening my body and I wish I would have spent my wasted $300 on more sessions with her. I recommend save your money and do not buy this machine

GBthanks for my purchase, but I have not made one Kyrobak have sent me an email thanking me for my purchase, but I haven't made one. They also erroneously put my account into the hands of a debt recovery agency!! Their records were incorrect. The first Kyro I got had to be sent back after 8 months, as it ceased working. It was replaced with no problem. I like the product very much, but not their administration and record keeping!!

GBHard to believe Didn't really expect this to be helpful after years of chronic sore, spasming low back, especially after exertion. Surprisingly, I find myself using the Kyrobak at least once and sometimes twice a day. The motion actually seems to relax the muscles and substantially ease the discomfort. Not bad for only 10 min. of use!!!

GBproblems with kyrobak 1. the product is overpriced. it seems like you are preying on people with medical problems; it does work, but not to the advertised amount. 2. the guarantee Is so complicated that it is almost impossible to follow. 3. my first kyrobak was defective. the return process, and getting a replacement was so cumbersome, and length (almost 3 months) that I now have less trust in kyrobak to keep my information confidential, and that if I do try to return I won't be able to. 4. re: 3 above, kyrobak didn't send me a replacement, and until I badgered them enough they finally recognized that I had paid for a kyrobak (they had no clue who I was after I returned the defective machine) and had returned a defective machine. I was totally unhappy about their bookkeeping, and honesty.

GBSo far no discernible benefits There has been no miracle cure so far or even any improvement in symptoms. Obviously it has done no harm and maybe it is too early to see a big improvement. However my wife, who bought it for me, insists I continue using it!
