This seems to be a fraudulent site This seems to be a fraudulent site. I placed an order on June 19, and today, on July 7, it has not been dispatched. I just keep getting mails that they have packed the parcel, but not shipped it yet. They dont respond to any emails either

I have emailed them and haven't had a response. I can't find a way to deactivate my subscription on their website either. POOR customer service! I was expecting a response to my email, but it has been 2 weeks now. I just want to unsubscribe! I can't afford it right now, I was going to renew when I was able to afford it, but the fact that it is so hard to deactivate makes me not want to. I will try another baby box.
