GBMy complaint and tip on how to cancel If you’re trying to cancel membership and it says “No account found for this email” you have to “create an account” and then it’ll “activate” your account and you’ll be able to cancel. (It’s weird I know) ****My complaint**** My package never arrived and when I contacted them they basically said they send the package and they won’t replace or refund. This company is terrible.

GBThey are a complete scam ..I have tried… They are a complete scam ..I have tried and tried to cancel them for over a year now .they somehow keep taking money out of my account and I have not received anything I have tried to email and I have gotten no response. I have tried to log in and of course I can't ...how can I file against them,this is ridiculous

GBI paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and… I paid for Lip monthly July 2021 and August 2021. I never received these products. I made quite a few emails to lip monthly. To no avail. It's always the same thing, we will look into this matter, or we will send a note to shipping. Still haven't received the products. So frustrating that lip monthly advertises for new customers when the can't even take care of existing customers. No sense ordering from them. You're wasting your money. Worst subscription ever!!!!

GBHorrible customer service! Never responds So fed up with their customer service, They never respond! It takes them a month to delivery the product. By that time the next bag is due however they are advertising max 7 business to get your bag. I gave them plenty of opportunities but I am done with this company. Definitely going back to ipsy or boxy charm
