After a little research, I felt confident in donating my items to Big Sky. I was thrilled to see that I could even choose who would benefit from my donation. The process was seamless; I received the mailing label immediately and then received notification when my items had been received.

The instructions for wiping the data… The instructions for wiping the data from my devices, how to pack/protect the devices in transport, and printing a shipping label, etc. were very clear. Overall, a good experience! However, you might have more resources about wiping various brands of e-readers. I had to figure that one out on my own.
