They followed through with what they said I read about several of these companies before sending my phones to them. They answered all my questions up front and did exactly what they said they would do. I would definitely use them again

don't hesitate, just doit excellent service. great directions to get the phones ready. followed directions, boxed them up, printed out the label, dropped them at ups, done. even picked my charity preference.

Amazing Experience and Peace of Mind! Being able to clear out some unused cell phones is great but being able to do that and know they are going to such a great cause that also does their diligence to protect my personal data and security is just such an amazing experience!
