Also, after sale customer support is very helpful and they never hesitate to help you. Bonnie is one of the representative at rewa, helped me a lot with my orders even when I needed support for a machine that I purchased 2 years ago from them, she didn't hesitate to help me. Excellent staff and selection i purchased a the laser machine from the REWA shop and i have never been so satisfied with a supplier for my repair shop, the laser machine is a delight to use not only for back glass separation but also custom engraving, machines are top quality, and everything i receive is always in working order. Paid online for a ZXW license still waiting.... AVOID ((edit to reply to comment) you replied to me in messenger "im sorry for your wait" then ignored me again - I got the code 24 hours later and have lost a job over it . It should be noted on your site that ZXW is not instant I was paying 16$ more wrongly assuming it was last time i went and got it instant for $50 It is a poor service here sorry )) Paid online for a ZXW license sill waiting a day later. Not replying to any messages apart from one on face book saying "sorry for the delay" 2 hours later still nothing not even a reply. I am not happy and I would not advise to buy ZXW here . It is an email to send a digital copy - why is there a wait and why are you ignoring clients? You just lost me a job and $70 I will no doubt have to wait for to be refunded. I didnt have this issue with the dodgy looking chinese sellers ..... AVOID
