Norton confirms - they do NOT work with TechDrive This company purports to be working in association with Norton, and others. Should be an option for a Negative Star for scammers. Norton confirms that they do NOT have 3rd party support companies working with them. They say they're offering 4 years of 24x7 support for $499 - and the this includes the Norton subscription. My client paid the $499. We then contacted Norton's actual support and confirmed that they do NOT work with TechDrive, or any other company.

Technicians were very helpful Technicians were very helpful. Things were informed properly so that we were able to understand everything. He was very polite and professional. Any question put by me was answered and i was also informed by him what to do and what not to prevent any kind of scams in future.
