They always told me they will fix my problem and that's what they did so i am very pleased with the support i got from TechDrive Support.

-SCAM- This is a fake tech support… -SCAM- This is a fake tech support scam. I work at a legitimate IT company, and recently had a client come in that had been scammed out of their money by this "company." They used heinous intimidation tactics to convince this user that they were infected, among other things. I had to remove remote access programs from my client's device, and remove the basically free version of Mcafee that they were charged $200 for. VERY FAKE.

He went over everything again and again so that we could understand each and everything. He helped us above and beyond and was very patient. On top of that It was a very old computer, and he still fixed it. We would recommend TechDrive Support to everyone.
