GBNorton confirms - they do NOT work with TechDrive This company purports to be working in association with Norton, and others. Should be an option for a Negative Star for scammers. Norton confirms that they do NOT have 3rd party support companies working with them. They say they're offering 4 years of 24x7 support for $499 - and the this includes the Norton subscription. My client paid the $499. We then contacted Norton's actual support and confirmed that they do NOT work with TechDrive, or any other company.

GBI am happy with the service I am happy with the service. Technician was excellent. He was able to explain us everything properly took his time. He went over everything again and again so that we could understand each and everything. He helped us above and beyond and was very patient. On top of that It was a very old computer, and he still fixed it. We would recommend TechDrive Support to everyone.
