GBInpet service from Geek Care. Service requested March 11. It's now April 24 with no issue resolution for canceling a contract. Dealing with these guys for 10 days thinking I was talking to Geek SQUAD. They never corrected me even when I mentioned my contract (which was ready for renewal). They sold me a 3 yr contract (better deal for 3 yrs). When I found out they were not Geek SQUAD & demanded contract cancellation I got masses of runarounds. 1st I could not cancel. 2nd a check was mailed. 3rd, Check returned to them wrong address (their error). 4th, check resent. Bottom line check never came. For 1 month they tell me they are working on it and now won't respond. Technician labored 8+ hours 3/13 trying to connect new printer to WiFi. I was sent a USB cable (took 4 days) that I didn't need. Day after I supposedly was connected to WiFi, printer gave message no WiFi connection. By then I realized this was not Geek Squad. I renewed my Geek Squad contract. They responded within an hour to call for service. They deleted everything Geek Care did and told me never to have contact with that company again. I am out 1288.00 with no solution in site. They even refused to respond to a State of Wisconsin consumer section lawyer about this. They installed stuff on my computer that my computer already had. Totally inept!

GBJerry helped me today Jerry helped me today - my printer was being silly and wouldn't print for the second time in a week. It's fixed for now and the nice part is that if it gets silly again I can log in and the support on the other side is always there and friendly and takes care of my problem.

GBI have delt with Jerry and Joseph and… I have delt with Jerry and Joseph and it has been a stress free situation. They get back to you and help you so fast I was shocked and they take so much time with you and it is easy to connect with them, when you get their service they give you all the info you need to get thru to them, If you are hacked like I was or need there assistance it is well worth the money to know they are there.
