The Whiz Cells did GREAT! The Whiz Cells sure made it easy to recycle and sell all my old cellular devices and phones. And we're really excited to have made some extra cash for some of them. They sent a USPS Address Label, insured the package (at no cost to us), received the package, and transferred funds within a few days. We are celebrating. Yay!

After tech inspection one of the phones was diagnosed with "scratches" which was converted in $50.00 down. I suspect this is a technique used to take some money away from the phone owner because at that point you have little choice to research for better price. The Whiz Cells has very good control of shipment, they are very communicative but the power in the technical assessment to re-price the phone it is disappointing.
