I have never had a bad experience with them and have always received the amount I was quoted for! Being in a business I sell phones every year and can say that when searching for who to sell our phones too, TheWhizCells is always one of my first stops, and there prices are usually one of the highest payouts! Even if I might get more from another site, its worth taking the small difference with the comfort of knowing that there will not be a hassle or rebuttal on the quoted price!

Whiz Cell: E Z way to sell your cell phone The selling of my cell phone through Whiz Cell was very easy and straight-forward. I followed the directions provided, carefully packaged up my phone, placed the return postage label on the package and mailed it. Whiz Cell kept in contact with me during the process. I would highly recommend them.

Beware! Will half your offer even if phone in great condition I sent two great condition phones( no scratches/dents) and got quote for $120. They claim some bunk battery issue and issue check for HALF of original quote and get 60 bucks. Claim battery charge was an issue when it was never an issue during use. Like we all know we have to charge our phones daily. Impossible to argue. They have my phones. Not worth the headache of fighting for 60 dolla. I would imagine them using this sketchy tactic often tho. Would def not recommend these guys. I would look elsewhere. Take care.

Price deduction on e gift cards The Whiz Cells sent the link to the e gift cards in timely manner. However, they didn't tell me that money would be deducted from the value of the gift card. I expected to get $20 that they quoted-not forty cents less! Maybe they should get them from another company that doesn't charge a fee for receiving e gift cards.

Less than 24 hours after shipping device to them my PayPal was deposited the exact amount as I was quoted. I will definitely use their services again when needed! 5 Stars all the way around!
