I used their prepaid labels and kept the receipt for tracking and both phones were delivered. I believe that this company has stole my phones!

Just like a lot of people on this list, I sold my iPhone X 256gb to Upgrade to the new iPhone. They first quoted me over $500 and they reduced the amount after I sent them the phone. It's now been two months and they still haven't paid me anything. They were telling me nonsense until I told I've had enough and I want my money now. They stopped responding... I think we should all get law enforcement involved and arrest these people. This is unacceptable !
