GBI ordered a screen and it came in… I ordered a screen and it came in broken. I tried to request a refund but there was no answer from the support staff. Do not buy here.

GBPlease be aware Please be aware! They ship out broken products and will not respect refund requests. I do not have any idea how they would ever receive 5 stars.

GBBad Shipping I ordered a new screen on a Wednesday and it had 3-4 business days of shipping. It took until the following Tuesday and me reaching out for the realization that the product I had ordered had not even shipped. When told I would taken care of the product took an additional 3-4 days to get to my house. To top it off the screen broke when I was installing it.

GBGreat experiences so far Surprised to see all the bad reviews. I’ve had several experiences with them(I kept replacing screens and breaking them again) and they’ve all been shipped relatively quickly. One time I even bought the wrong screen and after contacting them they sent me a free return label to ship it back. This is a big deal because I live in Anchorage and shipping can get expensive.
