Avoid - if no code found no refund despite email saying so. Avoid. In the event of a no code they promise a refund which never transpires. Plenty more reputable and trustworthy companies to use than this one. From their email : A full refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for this to show in your account. If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email including your order number. They ignore any repeated requests for a refund to be processed.

Fake fake fake If you really want to unlocked your phone please go somewhere else because, the unlock shop is there just for steal people's money 3 times I try with them to unlock my phone they don't unlocked the phones and they don't refound me my money back, they're scam stealer...bad the unlock shop

Got my refund but had to claim it. Paid my £4.79 for unlock code for a siemens c25e on old Orange network. Next day got an email ....we cannot find a code and will refund to your card in 5 days. Nothing happened after 10 days I filled in their online form on their website (Contact Us) and got an email .....refund on way this came to my card account next day via Paypal Merchant services
