Avoid - if no code found no refund despite email saying so. Avoid. In the event of a no code they promise a refund which never transpires. Plenty more reputable and trustworthy companies to use than this one. From their email : A full refund has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for this to show in your account. If you have any questions, please reply directly to this email including your order number. They ignore any repeated requests for a refund to be processed.

I unfortunately did not read any… I unfortunately did not read any reviews before purchasing. I wanted an unlock code quick and cheap and this was the first link in Google so I put in the details and made the payment. All seemed legit until I read the reviews and saw that this service simply sends out a generic email saying there is a problem with the IMEI and the phone cannot be unlocked about 4 hours later. I emailed immediately regarding this, had no response since but this morning I did receive the refund back into my account. So all's well that ends well but in future I would advise anyone to avoid .

Don't trust these guys Don't trust these guys. It's effectively fraud. They take your money then tell you a few days later they can't provide you with the unlock code and they will refund you. The refund never arrives and they are unresponsive to follow up emails.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid The unlock failed, which is fine and I understood the reasons why. However, getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone. I recieved plenty of professional looking emails asking me to wait xx business days and it will be in my account. This felt kind of reassuring at the start but after the 4th communication I am now of the feeling the refund is never coming. Day light robbery in its purest form!

Only email confirmation of payment..and… Only email confirmation of payment..and no code delivered, 36 hrs later no communication, nothing..I wonder why ...hahaha scammers....still haven't any response regarding my refund....if ever.
