Great communication & fast turnaround Great communication & fast turnaround from Krale & PostNL, 3 working days before it arrived in UK customs. Unfortunately it then sat there for 10 days before it was released to parcel post. After chasing to find out when it would be delivered I was informed that it would not be released until I had paid the "customs charges" (which in my case were £12 for the actual customs charges, £53.74 for UK VAT & £8.28 for Parcelforce) I found out that someone in Parcelforce forgot to send out the letter. It was then delivered next day. The goods appear to be all OK except for one of the support screws which had an unfinished thread which is still full of swarf, just needs a die running down it to finish it off before it is usable, just need to test on the range now. Even with the additional charges added at the UK side it still saved me £85.50 from prices advertised here

Jeeez, so many companies here in the States could take a *good* lesson from you about customer service.
