However, I have yet to hear back from customer service regarding any sort of claim. They also spilt my shipment which I totally understand however, the second items tracking doesn’t work so I have no idea where the second order is.

It's for this reason that I find myself once again patronising thedildohub following a rather delightful experience some months prior. My inagural order was delivered in impeccable condition, courtesy of FedEx, and rather impressively, it arrived a full week erlier than anticipated. Such punctuality is impossible to overlook.
