AUwrong lubes i got all the toys and other accessories correct, but when it came to the lubes, NONE were what i asked for. i really wanted Intimate Earth Caramel, but instead i got some other random company's vanilla. i've been searching the sites for Intimate Earth Caramel, and when i find it with you guys, i ordered for 3, and still got none. why advertise what you dont even supply? after writing this review and getting feedback from the owners with clarification, i've bumped the stars to 3. still, i would much rather a late order with all the items ordered over half of the stuff being wrong and "compensated"

GBIt took a smidge longer due to a… It took a smidge longer due to a customs holdup. Royal Mail came through for USPS. Whilst they've earned a solid 4 stars from me this time, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for quicker international shipping options for us here in the Kingdom

GBThe lube applicator I ordered broke… The lube applicator I ordered broke down after several uses so I contacted their customer care and they came thru with a replacement on the house. Errything was quick and efficient. Well deserved five stars

GBHave yet to receive my order Have yet to receive my order. Usps misdelivered my package which I understand is no fault to the company. However, I have yet to hear back from customer service regarding any sort of claim. They also spilt my shipment which I totally understand however, the second items tracking doesn’t work so I have no idea where the second order is.
