GBExcellent Service I was impressed that I received a text right away showing the particulars of my purchase. A few days later they sent another email indicating the primers were out to FedX for shipping. It appears that I will receive the primers today. The only negative thing experienced was the $39.00 Shipping Cost.

GBGreat Customer Service - Taking Responsibility I recently ordered two Winchester shotguns on a Black Friday deal because of a great price and $75 mail in rebate. I received an email and a personal phone call that because of a computer glitch, the guns were oversold and they had to cancel the order. While a bit disappointed, I was very happy that they stepped up and sent a $75 gift card for each gun I missed out on. I was extremely happy with their customer service and will continue to both use as well as, recommend the site. Thank you for reading and Merry Christmas!
