USCustomer Service answered me. Update: Customer service reached out to me today and explained that the phones were not working that day and did correct my address. A few days ago I ordered some ammunition on line. I promptly received an email asking me to call to verify my shipping address, I called in the middle of the day today, 2/14/24, and the recording states the store is closed!! On a weekday??? Tried the chat on line which says "unavailable". So I have no way to contact the store and my credit card has already been charged. Not poor customer service, but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll update if I ever reach these people.

GBGreat Customer Service Great Customer Service - Taking Responsibility I recently ordered two Winchester shotguns on a Black Friday deal because of a great price and $75 mail in rebate. I received an email and a personal phone call that because of a computer glitch, the guns were oversold and they had to cancel the order. While a bit disappointed, I was very happy that they stepped up and sent a $75 gift card for each gun I missed out on. I was extremely happy with their customer service and will continue to both use as well as, recommend the site. Thank you for reading and Merry Christmas!

USOverall Good Store There prices on certain things are just unbeatable. Pretty large selection on their site and although any site could use improvement, having the filter of in stock items helps a lot. I placed an order that contained firearms and accessories/ ammo, so they couldn't ship together. I received the firearms fairly quickly, and the rest was delayed due to a warehouse issue. Customer service really seemed apologetic and took care of the issue. It's comforting to know they strive for loyal customers, so I look forward to my next purchase here.

USGreat price, awesome fishing glasses! Great price, prompt shipping and good selection, my experience with SOS was flawless, as usual. The only thing I regret is I bought the Costa Del Mar Fantail Pro in matte black with green mirror lenses, I would have preferred them in the tortoise frames, but hey, you will never hear me complain, with what I paid, color is Not an issue. I thank you for your business and love my new Fantails they are awesome.
