Disappointing for sure After ordering the clam, it arrived doa and I instantly contacted the company. After about two weeks I received the replacement and it was doa as well. At that point a surprise for my wife had already been enough of a hassle that the mood behind the idea, lost its gusto....

Order Frustration I was frustrated with the ordering process on April1 and sent an email to you. Hannah replied and got it all straightened out. She was very helpful and patient as we worked through it.
