Bought a $100 item Bought a $100 item, it was defective and broke down first wk and wouldn't charge. I filled out return form and returned item. Then received response telling me of their no return policy. No refund. I understand cant reuse items! Its DEFECTIVE. I couldn't return it within 7 days due to my schedule. They refuse to replace it or give refund. This is unacceptable for such a high priced item, that broke!!!

I really loved my last order items as… I really loved my last order items as they arrived quickly. The navy crotchless was well made, fit was great and my boyfriend loved it. The white one ran a bit smaller but I was able to wear it. My only issue is it was hard to decide what size to choose … I have placed another order for several items and hope the size I chose works since nothing is refundable. Also, a couple items I really wanted were still sold out. I asked to be notified when they were back in stock.

Customer service is honorable, and respectful. I was scrolling through inventory that was on sale and liked the variety and nearly all of the prices, I saw a heck of a bargain and immediately purchased it. Come to find out I got an email the next day saying the price was incorrect and it was much more. But the store honored their mistake and kept the incorrect price for my order and I'm eyeballing several more items that I want to purchase. I think this is my favorite online toy store I've visited yet and I'm anxiously waiting to make my next purchase!
