I was never notified that the product was not going to arrive within the 7-14 days. I had to reach out to the company myself. The product itself is as described and functions well. The suction cup to attach and mount the toy does not work and is not well designed. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I initially received no tracking number My product was delivered and works great! But I had to contact customer service several times just to get a tracking number. They should have sent it out automatically through email like any other company. I checked my inbox and spam emails, too--never got it.
