The experience was above average after… The experience was above average after the initial lack of communication from Xspacecup pertaining to my shipment. I was never notified that the product was not going to arrive within the 7-14 days. I had to reach out to the company myself. The product itself is as described and functions well. The suction cup to attach and mount the toy does not work and is not well designed. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Amazing! While geared more towards male pleasure, is great for couple play too ! There are so many different features with a few that can add even more pleasure to your normal routine. If you remove the small silicone circle around the opening, it can also used as a blwo job machine. A perfect product to allow your woman to explore and test different features while you enjoy it and give her some attention and use to show how you adapt to different situations. Can’t tecommend this item enough!

Does not start or work I received this yesterday. I placed it on the charger for 6 hours like the instructions said but never turned on. I used my own charger yet nothing as well. Sometimes the light comes on but won’t actually work. This thing should have been checked before shipping to customers. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied.

I initially received no tracking number My product was delivered and works great! But I had to contact customer service several times just to get a tracking number. They should have sent it out automatically through email like any other company. I checked my inbox and spam emails, too--never got it.
