Mis/non-delivered item, out $130 Ordered something online, found out after it disappeared that they use uninsured shipping. Since the carrier reported it delivered, I'm out $130 even though it never showed up. Contacting customer service told me to take the issue up with the mail carrier, who won't do anything because it's uninsured. Would not use store again.
