The package was in perfect condition… The package was in perfect condition but arrived later than I thought it would with 2 day shipping. Other than that the product itself it great my wife loves it. Mis/non-delivered item, out $130 Ordered something online, found out after it disappeared that they use uninsured shipping. Since the carrier reported it delivered, I'm out $130 even though it never showed up. Contacting customer service told me to take the issue up with the mail carrier, who won't do anything because it's uninsured. Would not use store again. [edit] Customer service told me to take up problems with shipper, they did not "work with me".
