Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Item didn't work as advertised on its package. Took item back to the store in Greenwood, Indiana next day and they treated me like dirt. Never been there before. Never go there again and I'll ensure all the internet knows about their pitiful service but worse, their bad attitudes-inferior Chinese products.

Mis/non-delivered item, out $130 Ordered something online, found out after it disappeared that they use uninsured shipping. Since the carrier reported it delivered, I'm out $130 even though it never showed up. Contacting customer service told me to take the issue up with the mail carrier, who won't do anything because it's uninsured. Would not use store again. [edit] Customer service told me to take up problems with shipper, they did not "work with me".

The products that I ordered were x rated candy, boodie gummy bites and pussy bites. The products that I ordered were shipped on a timely matter and the price was quite fairly reasonable. Highly recommend to order from them. They even included a free gift with my order.

Item has a defect Item has a defect. Shows it’s charged but will not turn on. Unable to use. Currently waiting for Customer Service to make it right. Will update. Update #1 Excellent Customer Service very responsive, shipping a replacement. Hopefully new item will work properly. Will update once received.
