Awesome customer service! The customer service was super quick and my products delivered super quick too! An item was missing and after I emailed them they replied immediately and didn’t question me or make me jump through hoops. They had my order sent out and delivered the next day. Packaging was discreet as well! Best shipping/delivery service I’ve maybe ever had!

Mis/non-delivered item, out $130 Ordered something online, found out after it disappeared that they use uninsured shipping. Since the carrier reported it delivered, I'm out $130 even though it never showed up. Contacting customer service told me to take the issue up with the mail carrier, who won't do anything because it's uninsured. Would not use store again. [edit] Customer service told me to take up problems with shipper, they did not "work with me".
