Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Item didn't work as advertised on its package. Took item back to the store in Greenwood, Indiana next day and they treated me like dirt. Never been there before. Never go there again and I'll ensure all the internet knows about their pitiful service but worse, their bad attitudes-inferior Chinese products.

The package was in perfect condition… The package was in perfect condition but arrived later than I thought it would with 2 day shipping. Other than that the product itself it great my wife loves it. It's given us both so much pleasure because it excites me to be able to remotely please her whenever I want.
