GBWoah Honestly, I underestimated this toy when I was looking around, and when i actually received it... OMG!!!!! I finally got to have some fun with myself! I've never had a toy this nice and thrilling. I honestly can't get past the fourth setting without completely the satisfaction I need at that time (I know there will be times that I could handle more in certain situations). Everything through Cirilla's was handled accordingly i received my package a day before estimated date and I can honestly say I'm a fully satisfied customer and hope that this sweet lady of a toy could do the same for anyone else looking for a thrill or extra ummphhhh!!!!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Item didn't work as advertised on its package. Took item back to the store in Greenwood, Indiana next day and they treated me like dirt. Never been there before. Never go there again and I'll ensure all the internet knows about their pitiful service but worse, their bad attitudes-inferior Chinese products.

GBGreat Service, highly recommend!!! We have received numerous packages of both lingerie and sex toys. My wife and I have been highly impressed to date. Had one bad product, customer service corrected the issue and has a new product on the way. Fast shipping/discreet packages.

GBAwesome customer service! The customer service was super quick and my products delivered super quick too! An item was missing and after I emailed them they replied immediately and didn’t question me or make me jump through hoops. They had my order sent out and delivered the next day. Packaging was discreet as well! Best shipping/delivery service I’ve maybe ever had!

GBMis/non-delivered item, out $130 Ordered something online, found out after it disappeared that they use uninsured shipping. Since the carrier reported it delivered, I'm out $130 even though it never showed up. Contacting customer service told me to take the issue up with the mail carrier, who won't do anything because it's uninsured. Would not use store again. [edit] Customer service told me to take up problems with shipper, they did not "work with me".
