An item was missing and after I emailed them they replied immediately and didn’t question me or make me jump through hoops. They had my order sent out and delivered the next day. The package was in perfect condition… The package was in perfect condition but arrived later than I thought it would with 2 day shipping. Other than that the product itself it great my wife loves it. It's given us both so much pleasure because it excites me to be able to remotely please her whenever I want.
