The items were very well packed to keep… The items were very well packed to keep them safe during transportation and was shipped quicker than I thought I would receive it. Specially since I do not live in the US. The only thing that could have worked better is that the delivery person from UPS did not have my phone number and he needed to call to enter the gate where I live and couldn’t make the delivery. UPS does not have any phone to contact them so I had to go to their main office to fetch the package.

If you claim in the introductory email that something will happen -- and it doesn't -- it reduces trust and raises questions such as: "Did they really ship it?" or "When will it arrive?" so arrangements can be made if the recipient happens to be out of town.

Nothing wrong with JimmyJane Nothing wrong with JimmyJane, the new product (Finger messager) just wasn't as good as we expected. We have bought many items in the past, and always have had great experiences. This one just didn't do it for us.
