GBProduct Great/Service Not So Much... Product: Even better than I expected Shipping: claimed I would be notified when the item(s) shipped, but I wasn't. If you claim in the introductory email that something will happen -- and it doesn't -- it reduces trust and raises questions such as: "Did they really ship it?" or "When will it arrive?" so arrangements can be made if the recipient happens to be out of town.

GB10/10 customer service I reached out to customer service asking about a product they don't carry anymore. They were quick to reply, gave me a suggestion (which was perfect for me), and offered me a discount I wasn't even fishing for. I appreciated that interaction. I will always be loyal to this toy brand!
