GBI recently purchased a leather harness… I recently purchased a leather harness from Dark Rozi and I am absolutely in love with it! The quality is amazing and it fits perfectly, even though I am a plus-size woman. The customer support is also excellent. I had a question about sizing before I ordered and they were very responsive and helpful. Not the last time ordering for sure

GBI ordered a harness from Dark Rozi and… I ordered a harness from Dark Rozi and received the incorrect one in the mail. I have emailed the company numerous times and never heard back. I have tried following up on the emails, as well as sending Instagram messages and nothing. Also, the harnesses are not one size fits all as they are quite small.

GBRead the many reviews about poor shipping first. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Zero communication from any platform (emailed and sent Instagram messages to no avail). My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and it is missing half of what I ordered! Update Nov 15th: second half of order arrived after almost a month. Owner reached out which I appreciate, however ettiequte was poor (emailed filled with “lol” and emojis”). Owner told me the item was “shipped and in my city” which was not true. The shipping label had not even been created yet… I would have just appreciated upfront telling me there was a screwup and half the order didn’t ship. I realize these things happen but the handling of it was poor experience.

HUI never got my order nor received any… I never got my order nor received any actual solution. I wrote a review here, nothing! But I keep on receiving spam via email which is deeply frustrating, I replied and guess what? Still nothing UPDATE On October 4th, they contacted me, offering a reshipment. They shared info that the package did arrive A YEAR later (I cannot confirm nor deny since I moved from that continent 10m ago!) But after several emails I agreed on the re shipment which arrived on 10/23 after less than 2 weeks of being processed and sent to the country I’m living in currently. I’m updating the rating to a 3. Because even though I value the fact that the replacement was sent it took more than a year to arrive. So (1+5)/2 = 3
