It’s simply GORGEOUS!❤️ I love how they make me feel when I wear them, my man’s jaw is still on the floor, and their customer care team is always available to reply any questions you have. I’m so excited to purchase more leather pieces and lingerie sets from this company and add to my growing collection. 😊 Thank you

Disappointing quality, made in china-product After the “handmade vegan-leather” expressions they use in advertising, with the pricing (which, if it actually is 70% off for Black Friday, must be HORRIBLY overpriced at normal pricing) I was severely disappointed. The “leather” is very thin, the metal rings holding cuffs together not nearly strong enough and we have had to bend them back together multiple times for the whole thing not to fall apart. It arrived in a typical china-package, bubble wrap and a plastic bag. All in all, just ok for Black Friday pricing. It did not seem like a china-product at all through their advertising, when clearly the items are mass produced in some factory, thrown in a bag with some bubble wrap and then shows up in your mail box after 3-4 weeks.

Read the many reviews about poor shipping first. Poor and unprofessional customer service. Zero communication from any platform (emailed and sent Instagram messages to no avail). My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and it is missing half of what I ordered! Update Nov 15th: second half of order arrived after almost a month. Owner reached out which I appreciate, however ettiequte was poor (emailed filled with “lol” and emojis”). Owner told me the item was “shipped and in my city” which was not true. The shipping label had not even been created yet… I would have just appreciated upfront telling me there was a screwup and half the order didn’t ship. I realize these things happen but the handling of it was poor experience.

I ordered a harness from Dark Rozi and… I ordered a harness from Dark Rozi and received the incorrect one in the mail. I have emailed the company numerous times and never heard back. I have tried following up on the emails, as well as sending Instagram messages and nothing. Also, the harnesses are not one size fits all as they are quite small.
