I love the company!! i received my order 10 days after ordering,i had some troubles getting my tracking number but as soon as i texted them, they answered me immediately with fixed the issue ( which was my fault lol ), the harness is made with good fabrics and is very adjustable, i also ordered a lingerie set which fits me perectly, I am very satisfied, it helped me a lot with feeling more comfortable

Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service through emails and Instagram messages, the only communication we've had from them was a request to verify our address a month ago. This occurred after our shipment was inexplicably cancelled. To date, we haven't been refunded, suggesting that the company might still intend to fulfill our order."

I ordered a harness from Dark Rozi and… I ordered a harness from Dark Rozi and received the incorrect one in the mail. I have emailed the company numerous times and never heard back. I have tried following up on the emails, as well as sending Instagram messages and nothing. Also, the harnesses are not one size fits all as they are quite small.

Not handmade Not handmade. Super cheap material and high prices. Customer service doesn’t exist. Pretty to look at online but it’s incredibly misleading.
