GBI have never received the packages I… I have never received the packages I ordered to spend $140 and have nothing to show for it then you can't even tell me where it's at if at all possible I would just like to be refunded my money thank you

GBCan’t gain contact with this company Purchased an item from this company 4/3/2024 and I sent my first email trying to cancel approximately an hour after purchase. Once I realized that the incorrect address was applied to the order. After several emails and forget about trying to call the number they provide is pointless. I see that they respond to this thread I hope someone from this company responds. Have to give them 1 star though I wish I could give them 0 due to their poor customer service.

GBI got the defective item and no one has helped… They helped subsequent to this review I I got a defective item and no one has assisted me with replacing it . Someone reached out to me (in the chat) and asked if I wanted another item from the website. I said yes but since then no one has reached out or contacted me. So I still have a defective item that no one has replaced or assisted me with. Since my review I was contacted and the item was replaced. Good (but slow) customer service. Thank you
