GBCan’t gain contact with this company Purchased an item from this company 4/3/2024 and I sent my first email trying to cancel approximately an hour after purchase. Once I realized that the incorrect address was applied to the order. After several emails and forget about trying to call the number they provide is pointless. I see that they respond to this thread I hope someone from this company responds. Have to give them 1 star though I wish I could give them 0 due to their poor customer service.

GBCustomer Service assistance I had made a mistake on my order form, my order was delayed because of it. Not HB fault, all mine. Once I reached the customer service representative, she was helpful, understanding, professional, and World Class! I was very impressed with her understanding of the issue and her followup. GBThis is a must buy I enjoy how discreet the package is. The pox that it comes in has such a nice look to it. And the engraving of Honey Box is a really nice touch. The time limit that it took for it to deliver was actaully pretty quick. I thought i would wait for a while but it came quickly. I recieved emails on when it would be delivered, and where it was at all time. This was very helpful.
