Every question I asked, was answered and the customer service after purchase - was better then prior as i was modifying the doll. Wonderful product Wonderful product! Was skeptical at first but all that ended when the doll finally arrived. I was speechless at the amazing precision of such craftsmanship. In the end, I was in graditude for the wonderful work they had done. The customer service were really great in responding to all my questions and were really helpful in understanding my concerns about the doll. I hope that others who have any doubts whould give these hardworking group of people a try.

Took a while to get confirmation Took a while to get confirmation. But things rolled out smoothly. Biggest thing you arent explained too.. is the angle of the doll is very hard to reach in certain positions and wish product was more realistic in that perspective... also that things could be adjusted in more depth woulda gave a better overall experience. But rexieved product and was to expectations generally... standing feet is a must.. especially for cleaning to me wish i got them installed

Sometimes things can get a bit complicated between ordering and shipping and the like but it is all very logical and well run and it takes no time at all to get a hold of someone to answer your questions. I just got off the chat with Mark and he is amazing at his grasp of what's going on and how the whole thing works. Also incredibly friendly and efficient as well!

Great experience for 1st time buyer First time buyer that had no idea what was involved with buying a doll. SRSD online chat was quick to answer all the questions I had. The process took longer than expected, but the SRSD support team was quick to respond to and em resolve my questions throughout my purchase. The doll itself is perfect, but the support provided was fantastic
