Great Customer Service Experience Overall i had a great experience with this site. I placed an order for an in-stock doll, but later on they contacted me and told me that the doll was no longer in stock. It could have ended there, but they went above and beyond. They sent me a different doll with the same body, and then they sent me the head I had ordered after producing it in China. I basically ended up with a free head, I just had to wait a little longer to get the correct head.
