I bought one of their male masturbators. It failed it failed and they replaced it. I bought one of their male masturbators that only functioned for two weeks, then died. I loved it when it was working and wanted another because the stimulation was great. I notified them and provided a video of the quivering machine. They immediately sent a new one.
