Excellent customer service experience There was an abuse of power by the USP and I never received my package when they claimed I did. I contacted Acmejoy and they responded promptly. I explained the situation and they have agreed to replace it with no extra charge besides shipping. I plan on buying more toys here.

Frustating Experience It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised!
