Frustating Experience It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.

One of the things I love most about… One of the things I love most about this product are the numerous controls and different settings that come with it. Some masturbators have the regular basic settings that don't quite get the job done, but after reviewing this one, I know I made the right choice. I am so happy and I hope others give it a try too! For me the design is perfect and I enjoy the vibrations which gets me every time!

Excellent customer service experience There was an abuse of power by the USP and I never received my package when they claimed I did. I contacted Acmejoy and they responded promptly. I explained the situation and they have agreed to replace it with no extra charge besides shipping. I plan on buying more toys here.
