Bluetooth not pairing I had purchased three different items two of the items had an issue with the Bluetooth remote's that were not pairing with the devices. I had emailed them but I thought that had not responded but my mistake had gone to my spam. I emailed them back again and explain the issue that I was having. Annie from their office email me back with several suggestions on how to rectify it to pair up. I tried every pairing options/suggestions but they did not work. After I explained what I'd gone through to get it to work and I was still not able get it to work. They sent me out replacements that work perfectly fine.
