Excellent customer service experience There was an abuse of power by the USP and I never received my package when they claimed I did. I contacted Acmejoy and they responded promptly. I explained the situation and they have agreed to replace it with no extra charge besides shipping. I plan on buying more toys here.

Some masturbators have the regular basic settings that don't quite get the job done, but after reviewing this one, I know I made the right choice. I am so happy and I hope others give it a try too! Frustating Experience It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.
