Excellent customer service experience There was an abuse of power by the USP and I never received my package when they claimed I did. I contacted Acmejoy and they responded promptly. I explained the situation and they have agreed to replace it with no extra charge besides shipping. I plan on buying more toys here.

Amazing products and even better customer service. Ordered three products (with great value discounts) and two arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, one was out of stock but amazing customer service to arrange a replacement product and post. Very highly recommended products and above and beyond customer service.

Frustating Experience It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.

The design and quality of the toy I received is incredibly well made and sturdy as well, the function and interface of it is easy to use, and the battery lasts so long I forget I need to charge it!
