I bought one of their male masturbators. It failed it failed and they replaced it. I bought one of their male masturbators that only functioned for two weeks, then died. I loved it when it was working and wanted another because the stimulation was great. I notified them and provided a video of the quivering machine. They immediately sent a new one. Excellent customer service experience There was an abuse of power by the USP and I never received my package when they claimed I did. I contacted Acmejoy and they responded promptly. I explained the situation and they have agreed to replace it with no extra charge besides shipping. I plan on buying more toys here.
