Frustating Experience It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.

No phone numbers attatched to the website to contact and find out about my item. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ORDERING ANY PRODUCTS

Excellent customer service experience There was an abuse of power by the USP and I never received my package when they claimed I did. I contacted Acmejoy and they responded promptly. I explained the situation and they have agreed to replace it with no extra charge besides shipping. I plan on buying more toys here.

Bluetooth not pairing I had purchased three different items two of the items had an issue with the Bluetooth remote's that were not pairing with the devices. I had emailed them but I thought that had not responded but my mistake had gone to my spam. I emailed them back again and explain the issue that I was having. Annie from their office email me back with several suggestions on how to rectify it to pair up. I tried every pairing options/suggestions but they did not work. After I explained what I'd gone through to get it to work and I was still not able get it to work. They sent me out replacements that work perfectly fine. I was planning on buying several other things but I was concerned with online purchasing for these items. I was glad to find someone that was reputable and stood by their products I plan on ordering several more items from them.
