They responded that same day and had me a replacement item shipped by the next day. Products from acmejoy are worth every penny and have a wide variety of products for both men and women.

Frustating Experience It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.
