They respond back to you with any issue you may have in a quick and timely matter, very polite, and willing to do what ever it takes to satisfy the customer. Frustating Experience It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.
