Bad shipping practices Ordered product October 28 was supposed to arrive 5-14 days following; November 11 product still has not been picked up at original selling point. 25 digit tracking code has been established for USPS and UPS. Unacceptable business practice. I guess 1 star is better than no star for a review!

Awesome Customer Service! When placing my initial order I added some hardware that I didn’t realize was already included with the kit. Abby emailed me the next day to verify that I wanted the extra hardware but let me know I didn’t really need it. Right after placing my order I saw there was an even more elaborate kit available. So I asked if I could change the order. I was able to pay the difference and get all the bells and whistles. Awesome customer experience. Thank you for the great customer service!

Screamer dual hook. Just Amazing I am absolutely happy with the screamer dual hook first swing ever purchased. I bought it as a surprise for my wife (stuff she is really not into) so I hid it and we was doing the normal and I told her that I wanted to show her something when she saw it she was not for it, but she gave it a try and within minutes she was all for it and she got her two O so quick! If anyone knows of a card game for position for a swing only I would love to know so we can draw a card a night to keep interesting?

Shipped to the wrong address which… Shipped to the wrong address which resulted in the item being returned to sender. Zero follow up from customer service after multiple emails and no one answers their customer service phone. I’m out almost $200 with nothing to show for it.
