Vlad was responsive but not proactive Vlad was helpful and fairly timely with his responses to my inquiries. However, I did feel like I had to initiate any updates as the information was not very forthcoming. One issue I have with the doll's details is the weight: I was told he weighed 89 pounds when in reality he weight approximately 102 pounds. That's a significant difference considering I'm having to essentially lift "dead weight"! I also was sent a female fishnet stocking outfit as my "gift" with my MALE doll. I'm not into crossdressing or femme play. Please make your suppliers aware of what they're shipping so that they can make more appropriate choices in this area.

Great Customer Service It was only great because it arrived much earlier then I expected. It was extremely heavy getting it out of the box and setting it up on my bed. It was missing the extra eyes I purchased. More importantly, missing socket so I can tighten/loosen both penises. Very disappointed about the mouth/kissing feature.
