SpartanLover offered to replace it but I did not want it replaced. It was not returnable so we came to mutually agreed-upon terms for store credit and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

My item was delivered to another town and then sent back to the correct post office and then sent out for delivery, which arrived a day late. The product is not working properly. The base suction is not working.
