The communication during the ordering… The communication during the ordering process had a few hiccups. My email didn't go through so i didn't get any emails from them for 2 days and started to worry but it was a weekend lol, might have been partly my fault, but they picked up a phone on Monday. Thank you Susan for patience. I recommend doing your research and asking questions upfront. They included a bonus in my package, which was a nice touch. I assume it was because of the communication mix-up, so I appreciate their thoughtfulness and follow-through!
